Eligibility for our services:

• Aged 18+
• Individuals requiring an adaptable service.
• Including a complex need.
• Would benefit from social care support including:
• building a supportive social network,
• establishing daily routine and activities of daily living,
• guidance around finance and budgeting,
• creating a meaningful routine of work, education and/or leisure,
• support to maintain physical and mental wellbeing,
• need support to achieve a goal.
